Paris Saint-Germain coach Luis Enrique focused on the collective after Sunday's 2-1 victory over Saint-Etienne, rather than showering individual praise on Ousmane Dembele. (More Football News)

Dembele was named Man of the Match after scoring both of his side's goals inside the opening 23 minutes, and he has now netted five times in his last three league games.

But despite those impressive returns, Luis Enrique was still not interested in singling him out for praise.

"I am very happy but I did not think anything of Dembele's match," he said at a press conference after the game.

"We are a team, which plays with all the players. When Ousmane Dembele scores two goals, it is important for us and it is perfect.

"But at the same time, I think of all the players in the team and we are a team, that is the most important thing for me."

Similarly, Luis Enrique did not get too worked up by the performance of Bradley Barcola, who is without a goal since scoring a brace in a 4-2 victory over Angers in November.

Barcola did find the back of the net on Sunday, but saw his effort ruled out for a foul in the build-up.

"It's not a technical problem, it's confidence. How can he have confidence? That's what I try to convey to my players. Barcola is an exceptional, sensational player," said Luis Enrique.

"He's the same as at the start of the season, but it's not because he's not scoring now that he's a bad Barcola. He's an exceptional player that we recruited in Lyon, for his abilities and characteristics.

"That he's going through a period with less confidence, that's the truth. That he's not scoring, well... what's important? What he brings to the team. It's a question of the team, we have to adapt to the players and the general confidence."

The victory leaves PSG seven points clear of Marseille at the top of Ligue 1, where they look set for a 10th league title in 12 seasons.
