The Israeli military body overseeing civilian affairs in Gaza, known as COGAT, said on Friday it facilitated the evacuation of over 100 patients, caregivers and others from Kamal Adwan Hospital and Al-Awda Hospital in the north.
According to AP, Kamal Adwan's director on Saturday asserted that Israel's military had ordered an evacuation and said shelling was occurring. Israel's military on Sunday said there was no evacuation order and it was unaware of any strikes there.
Urging the international organisations to help the Gazans, Safia told Al Jazeera, "The bombing continues from all directions, affecting the building, the departments, and the staff. This is a serious and extremely horrifying situation."
He also said, "The world must understand that our hospital is being targeted with the intent to kill and forcibly displace us. We urge the international community to intervene quickly and stop this fierce assault on us, to protect the healthcare system, the workers, and the patients within it."
"The situation remains extremely dangerous and requires urgent international intervention before it is too late," he added.

Safia said, “For more than an hour now, shells are raining down on us from every corner, mile, and direction.”
Al Jazeera journalist reporting from nearby Deir el-Balah reportedly said, “What we are seeing now is a deliberate attack on the health facility.”
Israeli Bombing In Kamal Adwan ContinuesFor the third consecutive day, the Israeli army increased its blockade and kept attacking the Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza, causing fear and panic among the patients and medical staff.
Safia told The New Arab, "For more than two months, the Israeli army deliberately attacked parts of the hospital while attacking the nearby sites to force us to evacuate,"
"What made matters worse was that the Israeli army attacked units inside the hospital, which threatened the lives of the patients and medical staff," he added.
Before the Monday attack, Safiya spent a terrifying night at the hospital with the patients as Israeli army tanks and bulldozers suddenly moved toward the hospital’s western gate and fired a heavy burst of bullets.
"We did not know where we should hide from the heavy fire […] We evacuated the patients to the corridors of the hospital, but the heavy explosions around us pushed us to feel the [Israeli] army would definitely attack the hospital and kill us," Abu Safiya reportedly said.
The hospital director said Israeli bullets hit the intensive care unit, maternity ward, and surgery department.
At the same time, the Israeli army targeted one of the generators, setting it on fire and putting it out of service.
They also tried to hit the fuel tank while continuing to shell nearby homes and buildings, according to Abu Safiya.
The head of the UN’s agency for Palestinian refugees says “one child gets killed every hour” in Gaza by Israeli attacks.
“These are not numbers. These are lives cut short. Killing children cannot be justified,” Philippe Lazzarini said on X.
“Those who survive are scarred physically and emotionally,” he added.
The India-Pakistan hockey rivalry has lost its sheen in recent times. Hockey in Pakistan has been in a freefall for the last decade or so while Indians have made a tremendous comeback in the same time period. The two countries used to rule world hockey at one point and the seeds for it were sown during the British rule in India.
Lazzarini warned that the clock was ticking for these children: “They are losing their lives, their futures and mostly their hope.”

It is one of the few hospitals still partially operating in the area, which has been under continuous Israeli attacks for almost three months, enduring some of the most brutal attacks of the 14-month-long war.
Despite the ongoing assault, the hospital's medical staff are determined to continue their vital work.
